Registration is confirmed once the registration fee has been paid. Participants will receive a notification upon successful payment.
For more details, please scroll down to the next section or visit the REGISTRATION page.
We invite submissions for the Biomedical Data Science Conference in three presentation formats:
Regular Talk – Full-length presentation.
Lightning Talk – Short, focused presentation
Poster – Visual presentation and discussion
During submission, authors can indicate their preferred format(s), but final acceptance and presentation type will be determined by the program committee based on availability and fit.
We kindly ask that abstracts be submitted on the abstract submission page by April 20, 2026. Each author may present a maximum of two abstracts; however, there are no restrictions on co-authorship or the total number of abstracts submitted. All abstracts must be submitted in English. Please do not submit duplicate copies of the same abstract. All abstracts will be forwarded to the Scientific Program Committee for review.
After the review by the Scientific Program Committee, the authors will be notified of the results by April 25, 2026.
If an abstract is accepted, the presenter must register and pay the registration fee by May 20, 2026, for the abstract to be included in the conference program. For the payment details, scroll down to the next section or check the REGISTRATION page.
Since abstracts will be published in the Conference Final Program and Abstract Book (with ISBN), authors are requested to adhere to the following guidelines:
Language: English
Abstract word limit: 400 words (excluding authors' names and affiliations)
The abstract should be structured and divided into the following sections:

If you wish to finance your participation in our event(s) through your university, department, or a European Union grant, and require an official confirmation, please indicate this in the "Additional Information" section at the bottom of the registration form.
The university will issue an invoice for each participant who has paid the required fee. Therefore, please ensure that you complete the billing section on the registration form. Kindly verify that the provided information is accurate: if the invoice is issued in your name, enter your personal details; if it is issued to your institution, provide the institution’s details.
When transferring the conference participation fee, please ensure that the correct amount is paid according to your registration. If you have opted for the gala dinner, its fee must also be included in the transferred amount (the summer school + conference bundle ticket already includes the price of the gala dinner).
Additionally, please pay special attention to how bank fees are deducted. If your bank deducts transaction fees from the transferred amount, resulting in a lower sum being received by the organizing institution, the missing amount will need to be settled through an additional transfer.
